Welcome to Beautiful Hepburn Township
Hepburn is a small, picturesque Second Class Township nestled in the beautiful rolling mountains of North Central
Pennsylvania. The Township was organized in 1804, by Colonists called Dunkards from Germany, seeking religious freedom.

Lycoming County, just a few miles North of
Williamsport, PA.
This area of Pennsylvania is well known for it’s Arts and Culture, Higher Education Institutions as well as
exceptional outdoor activities such as
fishing, hunting, hiking/biking trails, camping, horseback riding,
and of course Little league baseball.

At the December Supervisors meeting, the Township (no tax increase) Budget for 2008 was approved. The total budget is $547,440.00.
