Township Officials
Board of Supervisors
The Governing Body of a Second Class Township is made up of three elected Supervisors.
These Supervisors are elected from the Township, at-large, to six-year terms. One member
is elected every two years in the odd year to begin serving January 1st of the even year.
The board is vested with the Executive and Legislative powers of the Township.

Oscar Schon
Oscar
is a life long resident of the
township. He and his wife Valerie live on Pleasant Valley Rd
where he farms and well as working for Tebbs Brothers Landscaping.
He is the proud father of two children and four
grandchildren. |

Joe Hamm
Joe and his wife Melissa
have two children. He is employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. When not
spending time with his family or at the
township office, you can find Joe on the ball field coaching baseball
at West End Babe Ruth Baseball or volunteering with
Hepburn Township Fire Co.. Joe served our county proudly while being
deployed to Iraq from January 2005 until July 2006. Joe is a
member of VFW Post #7863 and Ivy Lodge #397.

Robert (Bob) Fesemyer Jr.
Bob has served as a supervisor for 3 years. .
Bob is now retired and has worked in several retail outlets including furniture,
department stores and Auto dealerships. The latest being Kaiser Bros. Dealerships in Muncy.
Positions include Sales, Management and Credit Management.
Bob and his wife Nancy of 20 years have 5 children and 11 Grandchildren.

Secretary
Appointed annually by the Board of Supervisors. The Secretary carries out the policies of the Board
and manages the daily functions of Township government. Secretary/Treasurer is normally handles by
the same person, however, Hepburn Township splits these duties among two people.

Karen Harris
Karen
began her role as secretary to the board in May 2010. She
is employed by the James V Brown Library in the
financial/business office. She
is active in the community serving as a
director for 16 years on the Williamsport Area School Board.

Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for the proper accounting and reporting of all financial activities of the Township.
They also prepare budgets and provide financial information to the board.

Patty Foster
Patty has been Treasurer for 11 years. Patty and her husband Mike are owners of The Print Shoppe in Williamsport.
They live in Highland Estates and have two sons and a daughter.

Zoning Officer
The Zoning/Permit Officer is responsible for the issuance of Zoning permits.
He is also in charge of enforcing any violation of the Zoning Ordinance.

| Don Robinson
Don
and his wife Sandy reside in the township. Don is new to the
role of zoning officer. He and his wife are also active in the
Balls Mills United Methodist Church.

Solicitors
The Second Class Township codes state that the Board of Supervisors may appoint a Solicitor to be the Township lawyer,
and when they do, that solicitor "SHALL DIRECT AND CONTROL THE LEGAL MATTERS OF THE TOWNSHIP".
Typically the Solicitor functions verbal and written legal opposition, prepares or approves Township contracts,
and "prosecutes or defends" the Township in court.

Denise Dieter & Marc Drier
Marc and Denise have been the Solicitors (Attorneys) for the Hepburn Township Board of Supervisors for the past 19 years.
They are Co-owners of the Law Firm "Drier and Dieter" located in Jersey Shore.
Marc and his wife Darla Karchella live in Jersey Shore and have two sons and a daughter.
Denise lives in Jersey Shore with her husband, R Mark Lusk, the Sheriff of Lycoming County, and daughter Bryce..

Road Foreman
The Road Foreman is in charge of the implementation of all Township Road maintenance, construction and snow removal.
He is also responsible for all road employees, maintenance of the storage facilities, and all Township equipment.

Mike Marcusky
Mike has been the Township Road Foreman for the past 30 years. He is
also very active in the Hepburn Township Little League Organization.
Mike and his wife, Dora, live in the Rose Valley section of the
Township. They have three sons. |
Tax Collector
The Tax Collector is responsible for collecting County, Township and Fire Real Estate taxes.
She is also responsible for collecting Township Per Capita tax, Interim taxes and issues tax permits for Mobile Homes.

Rhonda Gingery
Rhonda has been the Township Tax Collector for the past 23 years. She and her husband Phil live in
Highland Estates and they have one son and one daughter.
"I truly enjoy working with the residents of Hepburn Township. The best part of the position is the taxpayers.
Being the tax Collector has given me the opportunity to speak with and meet some of the nicest people I know."
