You may now review the entire book "Hepburn Township Codes" at your convenience. Most questions and concerns deal with Township Zoning which you can find under "Chapter 27 - Zoning". Please note that the Zoning Officer makes the final interpretation of Township Zoning and Ordinances. In addition, and in many cases, a permit is needed. PLEASE CALL THE ZONING OFFICER BEFORE STARTING ANY PROJECTS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE.
